- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always ask to taste what you are asking them to do. Preferable right there in front of you. Pictures are great to see their presentation skills but the taste is the most important aspect of what you're buying.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I don't look like the traditional chef that's nice and plump but don't be fooled by the skinny size because I too like to rock out in the kitchen.
