We have 15 years experience with certifications on Dell, IBM, HP Desktop and Laptop computers. I also can act as your warranty service advocate saving you hours on the phone with outsource technical support!
We do data recovery using standard no guarantee methods. All labor is guaranteed, on-site or pickup.
The job is for a minimum of one hour with additional 1/2 hour increments. Who needs a whole squad of geeks when one man can do the job?

Mr. Lampkin is extremely knowledgeable and I am quite impressed with his expertise.
I have a HP laptop that I thought was dead. Best Buy tried to fix it twice under their so-called extended service plan that was paid for at the time of purchase. They were unable to repair the computer without even more money out of pocket and no guarantees.
