Introduction: I am an IT professional who has been specializing in desktop support for 10 years of military service. My platform of choice is Windows, as I have very limited experience with MAC or the *nix platforms. I also specialize in computer security and do have an active Security+ certification. I have served customers in Virginia prior to moving to SD in 2013 and provided desktop support, data recovery services, as well as wired and wireless network installations.
