Try our Computer Concierge program. Avoid the pushy salespeople and get a great deal.
We help with the purchase. We unpackage the computer and set it up at your home when it arrives. We perform the software installation. Then, we teach you how to use it.
Get your computer fixed without leaving your home. How does it work? We will connect to your computer over the internet using our remote support program. During the session, you will see your mouse moving around as our technician works on your computer. The technician will explain the process each step of the way. You may ask questions or stop the session at any time.
We guarantee your computer will be faster and more secure, or we will refund your purchase price. What will be done in a typical session? Each session is unique to the user. However, a typical session consists of the following:
* Uninstall unneeded software
* Disable unneeded start items
* Clean-up temporary files
* Resolve any hardware driver issues
* Update/install anti-virus software
* Improve user interface to make to improve your productivity
How much does it cost? There is an $80 flat rate for up to 2 hours.
How long does it take? Most sessions take 1 to 2 hours.
Do you guarantee your service? Absolutely! We guarantee you will be happier with your computer after a session with us. In fact, if you're unhappy for any reason we will refund your purchase price; no questions asked.
Anything else I need to know? A broadband internet connection is required, and Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Mac OS X supported.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Spend 30 minutes to do a little research at online review sites before choosing on a provider. Don't bother with shops that charge for diagnosis. Turn-around time for most computer repair services should be less than 2 days. The exceptions are data recovery and services that require hardware orders.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Open source software is the biggest insider "secret" of which the public is largely unaware. There's an open source alternative for nearly early type of software on the market. Always check for an open source alternative before buying software. It could save your home or business thousands of dollars every year.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. What is the best anti-virus program? The answer is Avira AntiVir. It has some of the highest detection rates in the industry and uses less resources than other anti-virus programs. It's also free! It can be found at http://www.free-av.com
