During the session, you will see your mouse moving around as our technician works on your computer. The technician will explain the process each step of the way. You may ask questions or stop the session at any time.
We guarantee your computer will be faster and more secure, or we will refund your purchase price. What will be done in a typical session? Each session is unique to the user. However, a typical session consists of the following:
