OK, I took my laptop to Best Buy for a hard drive problem. They told me the hard drive was going bad and needed to be replaced. I asked how much will it cost? He said $49 for the diagnostic, $159 for the hard drive, $49 to install the drive, $99 to install Windows and $49 for antivirus. Total $405. I said what about my data and the guy said its gone. I freaked out! I have all my kids pictures on this computer and my music. So I Googled computer repair and found Quick Fix. I called them to tell them what Best Buy said and they ask me to bring it in for a free diagnostic. I went in the store was greeted right away. He turned on my laptop and said, "well we do have a hard drive problem, do you want to save any data on the old hard drive" I said YES! He said OK.... I said Best Buy told me its gone, he said no the data is still there!! So they charged me only $49 to transfer the data, $89 for a new Hard Drive and $79 to install Windows and Antivirus. $217 and I have my data! I love these guys!!!
