I am a full-service, fully-certified PC repair and networking company located in the Historic Gaslamp Quarter or for mobile services as well.
I offer services such as:
- virus removals
- operating system upgrades
- custom system building
- wireless networking
Office or home networking set ups and configurations are all done at half the price of some of the larger companies.
Question and answer
Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Virus removals are what I do the most but I also specialize in Operating System upgrades, System building, repairs, web site building, search engine optimization, Facebook business pages, Twitter, home or office networking, and PC maintenance. Keep your anti-virus program updated and run it once a week if your system is slowing down for no reason.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Check your PC Technicians credentials. Anyone can say they are a "computer person" but without the proper training can you really trust them? I am A+ and N+ certified by the governing agency Comp/TIA and would be glad to show any customer my card showing my certifications. If a cusomer decides to go with someone less qualfied shame on them and I am usually hired afterwards to clean up the problems later.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. If I was a customer I would want to know the Technicians credentials/certifications to know that I was alllowing someone who is knowledgeable and experienced to work on my computer(s). An inside secret is that Google is your friend. Every smart technician will look there first. Some issues are simple and some take some time to research and test.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. It would definitely help but it is not required for the customer to let me know what issue(s) they are having with their system(s). I can immediately repair the issue(s) instead of having to find and troubleshoot first. It would also help if they had any software that came with the system but that is also not a requirement as over the years I have acquired many tools and reinstall disks/software
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My work stands out above the competition because of my affordable rates and for my 48 Hour turn around guarantee. I can usually have the customer up and running the same day if I don't have to send out for parts. I am a fully certified A+ (PC Repair) and N+ (Networking) technician who still attends Coleman University so that I can always be educated on the latest technologies.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love my job because I really love it when a customer receives their computer back and the big smile that they give me. Computers are a vital part of our everyday lives that we take for granted when they work properly.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. What is your rate? In house repairs start @ $80 and mobile jobs start @ $100. My hourly rate for PC Consulting or Networking is $60. I can usually finish most jobs in under an hour.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. A customer brought me in a system that he had previously taken to a few companies that couldn't troubleshoot their issue and I was able to not only tell them what was wrong with it but I was also able to repair it in a matter of minutes not days like they had it for. That happens a lot. I am able to give personalized service because of my business size. I love the look on my customers faces when they get their system back within 24-48 hours.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. Some issues are repaired/fixed in a matter of minutes and some take a bit longer to troubleshoot. My diagnosis fee of $60 is applied to the repair fee if the customer wishes to proceed with the repair. I let you know if the repair (with parts) is cost effective or not. My in house repair fee is only $80 ($100 mobile) which is less than half of my competitors. I also guarantee my work for 30 days.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I have always been interested in computers/PC's and once I figured I could also get paid for doing so I went to school for it (still in school) and then went out and got my credentials. I love what I do. I never thought I could do this and not get tired of it or burnt out. Everyday I go to work I am challenged.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. I am currently studying Computer Networking and Security @ Coleman University. The technology industry is constantly changing and evolving so training/schooling is something I will always be doing to stay up to date on all future technolgies. I will be finished with the first phase in about 25 weeks from now when i wiil start the advanced Cisco training for CCNA certification. I also attend the Computer Electronics Show in Las Vegas every year.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. Mobile technologies are the future. Handsets and tablets are taking over when it comes to the internet and staying connected. Most people access the internet with their iPhone or or BlackBerry or android powered device. That being said all websites need a mobile version so that customers can access your information quickly and accurately

The owner, Louie, is certified and knowledgable in computer repair and networking. He provides quality work at reasonable prices and within a reasonable time frame. He replaced the broken screen on my laptop for less cost of labor than any other company I compared to, and he is still my go-to repair technician. On top of that, Louie is a hardworking, patient and decent individual that I would recommend to any and everyone.

HE IS MY COMPUTER MAN, AND I MEAN THIS. HE
HAS DONE SO MUCH FOR ME. I'VE CALLED HIM SO MANY TIMES WITH SIMPLE PROBLEMS. I DID NOT KNOW HOW TO OPERATE MY COMPUTER,
HE HAD THE PATIENCE TO WALK ME THROUGH,
GIVING ME THE CONFIDENCE I NEEDED. ALSO
I HAD A BIG PROBLEM WHEN I MOVED MY
COMPUTER TO ANOTHER ROOM, I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET ON THE INTER NET. HE CAME TO
MY HOUSE AND DETECTED IT WAS A MODEM
THAT WAS OUT, AND HAD TO DEAL WITH AT&T.
I AM SO GLAD THAT I HAVE SOMEONE I CAN
DEPEND ON, BECAUSE I HAD TRIED CALLING
AT&T FIRST AND I HAD NO IDEA WHAT THEY
TALKING ABOUT. (AS YOU CAN TELL I AM NOT A
COMPUTER WIZARD)
