Introduction: I am a very creative personal home chef and have more than 3 decades of cooking experience. I cook with the freshest, seasonal, organic ingredients. I customize my menus to fit my clients needs offering organic, gluten-free, non-dairy, sugar-free, vegan, vegetarian and more. I prefer to meet face to face and get to know my clients likes / dislikes, whether they have any food allergies &/or what their specific health goals are before cooking for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am completely self taught and I continually take on-line cooking courses to upgrade my education.
