Introduction: My law firm has been around since 1991. We have established relationships with judges and prosecutors in the DA's office. Our firm has defended 120 cases to a jury verdict. Younger lawyers in practice less than 3 years are not highly respected by prosecutors or judges because they are very inexperienced. It's hard to have confidence in a lawyer who has tried less than 5 jury trials. My law firm doesn't sit back and wait for the prosecutor to file charges. Our law firm is pro-active and we put together a powerful defense strategy as soon as the client consults with us. We employ private investigators to interview important witnesses and experts to evaluate important evidence and conduct psychological evaluations where such evaluations become important to our client's defense. Finally, we conduct confidential polygraph tests administered by the most respected polygrapher in San Diego County. Our clients have the comfort of knowing that we are experienced trial lawyers who will be able to successfully defend their cases at trial if necessary.
