He's great! Can't say enough! I looked at all the quotes. His stood out because even in his introductory bid, he described helpful things I could do myself to fix the problem, and then was immediately reachable and helpful when I called last night. Then this morning despite a full schedule he met with me in person and kept at it through multiple approaches to isolating the problem and applying potential solutions until it was fixed. Very knowledgeable. Very patient. His terms were more than reasonable and he showed real concern for my situation and was willing to go above & beyond expectations to solve my problem. I definitely plan to use him for more extensive work when my budget permits. This was my first time with Thumbtack too. God bless all of you!

I needed my work computer cleaned from a virus immediately (same day). Even though he wasn't close to our business, I took my computer to him and he brought it back. He stayed until he knew it was up and running properly. He then left me with recommendations to try if the problems recurs. I am very pleased with the work.

The person I talked to said we would meet on Saturday or Sunday. He said he would call on Thursday to confirm the time. Never heard back from him. It's been a week and a half. Still no word from him. Don't care for his help now.

    As you compute everyday make a running list of all the little frustrations that accumulate along the way. The easiest way can be to send an email to oneself with the questions you want to have solved and keep responding to that email as new questions arise.
