Everything you would expect in a contractor! He communicated very well, exceeded what I asked him to do, and was able to install windows and doors with precision and without leaks (recent heavy rain storm to test). I will bring him back to do the rest of the house when ready.

Vlan was precise in explaining what was needed to replace my back door of my manufactured home. He even volunteered to pick up the door and deliver it without charge! The job was completed in 1/2 a day. I would definitely hire Vlan for a future job.
