About
On a daily basis I get to help people who have made a mistake. You cannot always undo what has happened, but in the end you can usually mitigate the damage and help put a person back on the right track and help them move on with the most minor consequences possible.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common cases I deal with here at the office are offenses that involve driving. Whether it is a DUI, or a traffic ticket offense, such as speeding or red light violations, it is important to have the case handled by someone familiar with the court process who can minimize the impact on your driving record and your wallet. Often times the charges change be fought, reduced down to a different violation, or dismissed after a trial on the underlying issues.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking to hire an attorney, you have to consider certain things. One is whether you get along with your attorney. Would you be able to communicate with the attorney, tell him/her the truth about what happened, and cooperate with the attorney to better help you in court. Second, you want to look for an attorney who has handled the type of case you are dealing with. Just like hiring a mechanic, you want someone who knows how to work on your case, is familiar with how the court system works, and is familiar with how theses sort of cases can be resolved in your favor.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I wish customers knew how much time actually gets spent on a case. I charge a flat fee for my services so each minute counts against the retainer. Often times I think I even loss money on cases because of all the time I spend going over the evidence, communicating with clients either by phone or email, speaking with the prosecution and attending court hearings.
