Whether it is staging a home for resale, staging a private or commercial event, weddings and parties, to high end plant decor for any office or restaurant. Indoor Gardens by Mel also offers a monthly contracted service plan to maintain the freshness of each design. Indoor Gardens by Mel offers classes to learn the art of Sand Art and building a beautiful terrarium. Each Terrarium is made with living Air Plants, Succulents and Cactus. All designs have an intricately woven Sand Art design to enhance the decor of any room and accented with healing stones to bring serenity into your space. From mini hanging globes to Jumbo size Centerpieces, no project is too small!

I hired Mel to do my wedding last year and--aside for marrying my husband--it was one of the best wedding decisions I made. Mel did the bouquets, boutineers, and center pieces for the wedding and after reception, primarily using air plants. The detail and artistry in her work was so complimentary to the attire and setting of the wedding. I could see how much time went into my bouquet as it was so detailed and perfect. The center pieces she did were so natural and raw looking, but refined at the same time. I loved that I was able to keep one large one that included figurines that depicted a wedding scene reprsenting my husband and I, and give the others to close family and friends who were guests at the wedding. I have a permanent keepsake from the wedding, as do they. Aside from being an artist, Mel was extremely professional. Everything was done on time, delivered, and set up for the wedding. I HIGHLY recommend Mel to anyone for her wedding or reception services and I wish her much success!

Mel has an amazingly artistic eye & pays an incredible amount of attention to detail. I have several of her pieces ~ 5 intricate arrangements suspended above my mantel, a stunning one-of-a-kind creation as my dining room centerpiece, as well as a very elegant and zen creation as you enter my home. I can't say enough about her creativity and her beautiful pieces. They're simply GORGEOUS!
