I have been working with Katie for almost 6 months now on many of my photography projects for my portfolio and social media. Ive collaborated with several other photographers before, but Katie stands out because she has been an absolute dream to work with. I give her my ideas for what I want to create and she helps me find the best locations and helps bring my visions to life. She is always early for our call times, comes prepared and brings everything we need to have a successful shoot, and even has a quick turn around time for editing and getting the photos back to me. But my absolute favorite part about working with Katie is the person who she is!! She has such a fun loving and positive energy that makes me feel so comfortable, supported, and safe in front of the camera. I wish I found her sooner and Im so excited for all of our future projects together!

If I could give Katie 6 stars, I would! She made my fianc and I feel so comfortable and confident through our entire engagement photoshoot.. she did a great job leading and giving us pose ideas! Anytime that I had a suggestion or idea, she immediately went right along with it and prioritized getting the pose photographed. I highly recommend her for any photography needs!!

Were going to be having Katie shoot our wedding photos and we had her do our engagement photos. She was simply amazing. She arrived early and we actually started early too. She helped us with poses and direction, which is great because otherwise wed be clueless. Picked a lot of cool spots for our shoot (in Balboa Park). Shes super friendly and personable. Her photos ended up being gorgeous! I cant wait till our wedding to see what shell capture next!

Katie photographed an event I was working. She was pleasant to work with - brought a sweetness and openness to the shoot. I felt so comfortable with her. It was like playing photoshoot with friends back in high-school.Unfortunately, the event had a massive hiccup. I contacted Katie about it and she went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did she over-deliver with her energy and time, but she smoothed out the hiccup that wasn't hers to smooth out.The photos were delivered in a timely manner. She was professional, honest, and I find her integrity as a businesswoman to be above par.Did I mention that my photos came out gorgeous? :)Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% off active duty military discount and veteran discount. Ask me about my free mini shoot (30 mins) when you book a wedding package before 3/31/24! I provide all edited (edited for sharpness, contrast, vibrance, etc) images- 50 edited photos delivered per hour of photography minimum
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Email inquires are awesome initially, and then I like to schedule a quick chat over the phone to get to know each other better and to make sure I get all the details of your upcoming photo shoot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken film, digital, and Adobe classes in high school and in college. I have a Bachelor of Arts from SDSU in Journalism with an emphasis in media studies.
