When I intially came to Kyler back in July of 2014, I needed some serious help. I was overweight and needed to lose weight and gain lean muscle. I was bench pressing 200lbs and squatting 225lbs. Kyler instructed me and helped me gain a great deal of strength. In 6 months, I lost 2 pounds. But, my physique has changed tremendously. I went from a chubby, overweight guy to a Greek God. I now have an 8 pack and can bench press 275lbs and squat 350lbs. I could not express how great Kyler is as a trainer. He will personally coach you through your diet and your overall health. He is an inspirational to us all. He can also help anyone with their diet and workouts (not just guys looking to get big). You'd be missing out not going with Kyler.

Kyler was an inspiration to me! I had two months to get ready for the fire academy and he helped me not only reach my goals but surpass every one and now I'm at the top of my class. Thank you so much Kyler, and for anybody trying to get back into it or are just getting started I highly recommend Kyler Leventin as your trainer!!!

Kyler was a great trainer. I worked with him all winter and achieved all of the goals I wanted to meet when I first started training with him. He did a great job of motivating me and keeping things fresh. I would give him 6 stars if I could!

I loved having Kyler as my training! He was super motivating and help me get to where I want to be! I lost fat, gained some muscle and now have a great workout and exercise plan! I would definitely recccomend him to friends and family.
