- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a complicated pricing system. Most clients pay for a certain amount of sessions upfront. If the individual is new to training, I encourage potential clients to pay for one session at first, to experience my training style and see if we would be a good fit. After that, the client has the choice of buying various sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client and I will go over each other's expectations (frequency, goals, etc.). We will then go over training styles and come up with a plan that is successful. Every two weeks, we will track progress by performing measurements along with weight.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified fitness professional and have about 11 years experience in the industry. I regularly attend continuing education programs and keep current with fitness trends/news.
