Introduction: Wellness and fitness are priorities in life and it is my mission to help individuals succeed and seek their true potential, whether that be through nutrition, stress management, or exercise. I develop programs based on an individual's goals and needs. My expertise consists of weight loss, injury prevention, circuit training, TRX, mobility, flexibility and boot camps. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be challenging; I want to help make this aspect of your life easier. Clients who have followed my programs have seen great success, losing over 50 lbs, 12% body fat, completing half marathons/marathons, sleeping better, and dropping dress sizes. You can succeed at anything you put your mind to; it is a journey, and I can give you the necessary steps to get you there faster and safer.

I have been training with Jaimie as my personal trainer for over a year. My original goal was just to lose weight, but with Jaimie's constant guidance and encouragement I not only met that goal, but set new goals that I never thought I could have achieved. She encouraged me to branch out and try new machines at the gym or new classes and push myself further than I thought I could. Additionally, every month Jaimie and I would set new fitness and nutrition goals and she would check in with me throughout the month to make sure I was keeping on target. The accountability she has to her clients shows you how invested she really is in her clients’ success. Jaimie's knowledge and passion of her profession makes her an amazing personal trainer and a huge asset to Live Right Wellness Center and her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone at any stage in their fitness goals!!

I have worked with Jaimie for over a year with individual personal training sessions to help me achieve my fitness goals. She helped me lose body fat, increase muscle strength and drop some unwanted pounds. As a client, I felt that Jaimie went over and beyond what a personal trainer is supposed to do- she encouraged me to try different activities, like boot camp & spin classes. She would help me with areas in my life that were keeping me from achieving my goals. She would check in with me constantly to make sure that I was staying on target with my goals. Jaimie is positive, caring and will help you achieve any of your personal fitness/nutrition goals.

Jaimie was my trainer for over a year and it was such a great experience. My goal going into it was not only to lose weight, but to start a new healthy lifestyle and she definitely helped me achieve those goals. She's awesome at what she does and I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
