Introduction: I recently graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science, and I am currently studying to take the ISSA certification.
I'm highly motivated and have a wealth of knowledge in exercise. I enjoy sharing my passion for fitness with others, and it brings me great pleasure to see people transform their lives through fitness.
