  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    If they offer free 1st sessions (like I do), take advantage of them. Personal training are big and hopefully long term investments so take the time to make sure you are comfortable with the trainer and like their style especially if there is no cost.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I'm really all about balance, fitness is my life and passion but I balance it out with many other forms of hobbies like video games, photography, playing guitar (learning). I understand and follow a healthy diet but also enjoy eating out and Taco Tuesdays. If anything a healthy and happy mind is just as important as a healthy and happy body.
