I have been attending a Qui Gong class that David teaches. I have been taking David's class for about 2 yrs. David is a good instructor, keeps things interesting by varying the exercises. He is always on time, Makes full use of the hour class. He keeps a close eye on his students to see that new students perform the exercises correctly. Since the students vary in age, and physical ability, he watches to see that the students don't overextend themselves and provides more than one way to do an exercise varying from simple to more difficult, thus allowing students to gradually increase their abilities. David takes it upon himself to introduce new ideas, techniques and variations where appropriate. I am quite satisfied with his class, teaching methods, and enjoy the variations he constantly introduces . That's why I continue to participate in his class. He has introduced some forms of Tai Chi, balance, and interesting exercises using stones, and longevity sticks. It's a fun class and I learn new ways to improve my balance, the exercises help to counteract my arthritis, and knee and back problems.

I have attended weekly Tai Chi and Qigong classes with David for over 6 years. He has helped me attain positive changes (both physical and mental). My balance has improved, sleep quality is better, no longer need an inhaler, and I am able to maintain a sense of calm and peace in stressful situations. David is an excellent teacher - knowledgeable, patient, punctual and organized. He accommodates individual health concerns and all levels of coordination and fitness. He has the ability to break down the practice into easy to follow instructions, creating a comfortable environment. 6-12 weeks with David and you will see your health improved and life enriched also.

I have been a member of David 's weekly tai chi group for 4 years. Additionally I attended a qi gong class that he taught at the Peninsula YMCA. David is an excellent and caring teacher who makes these activities challenging, interesting and fun. He is constantly expanding the workouts with new exercises and approaches. No matter what your level, David insures that each participant is able to do the exercises. I look forward to our Saturday morning tai chi meetings. It is a wonderful way to start the weekend. I heartily encourage anyone considering tai chi to check out our class.

I have been taking a Chi Gung class with David Schultz weekly for 4 years at the Peninsula Family YMCA, and I love it. David is an excellent teacher-patient, well prepared, and very dedicated. David explains the routine and moves very well and adds variety to the basics. I always feel so much better after the class.

About 6 years ago I began studying Tai Chi with David Schultz. I went to the class with the idea that I need to do something to maintain good health. Throughout the years, my skills have improved, little by little, under his kind guidance. I really enjoy learning Tai Chi from David. In the class, David has taught us theoretical explanation and practical application for each movement. His patience and "hands on" teaching style allow his students make consistent progress. He is a respected mentor and delightful friend. Y. Lee
