Introduction: I provide yoga and fitness training consulting. I am a registered nurse and fitness specialist, and I have been a certified yoga instructor since 2004.
After working in many fields of nursing including ICU, hospice and long-term care and 10 years in interventional radiology, I decided to turn my knowledge and career towards some things that would help prevent illness and improve people's health before they become sick. I chose teaching yoga as a first thought because of how it has personally benefited my own health and mental well-being. I also realize that for any number of reasons, a person may not be drawn to yoga, so I offer other fitness modalities as well. Thus the name As Well As Yoga. I am based out of the Greater San Diego area.
