- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to attending workshops and trainings with various yoga methodology I maintain a strict, disciplined personal practice which is the every day training ground. Everything I teach is an extension of my own experience and discovery.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was chosen by my teachers to begin teaching.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I teach foundational physical and meditative practices to prepare students for deeper levels of yoga mastery.
