Moonchild Yoga and Yoga Sculpt

Introduction: I'm a qualified and experienced yoga teacher and yoga sculpt with weights instructor. I love a hybrid of hatha yoga traditionally based in Eastern tradition and gym-friendly energy, including grabbing some weights from time to time in poses and lunges. I offer student modifications. I haven't met a human body that hasn't needed some adjustment or option/modification. I began my own teacher training with a dislocated knee, a valuable lesson for any teacher. I believe any body, injured, recovering or mature, can accomplish beautiful expressions of yoga asanas and gently change their body!
