Eric's Complete Carpentry

Introduction: I am a multiskilled craftsman who can build a house from the ground up. I can frame, drywall, paint and do any finish work to complete most remodels or room additions. This includes rough and finish, electrical and plumbing work. I do new roofs or reroofing, exterior finishing including windows, doors, trim, flashing, siding, and also an experienced lather (wire that holds stucco to building). I can do interior finishing including setting cabinets, interior doors and door casings, baseboards and crown moulding. I could even dress up a fireplace mantle if that is what the client needs. I pay attention to detail and I will build exactly to specs (plans) if there are plans. I can also give clients ideas if they are doing a fix-up without plans. I earned my journeyman carpenter card in the Union in 1997, and I have been a lead carpenter ever since. I also have recent experience installing commercial doors with frames and all hardware. This includes closers, kick plates, handles (knobs or panic bars) and doorstops. I can also do steel stud work. If I had a specialty, it would be roof framing including fascia and plywood, but I am very proficient in everything listed above. I appreciate your time and hope to help you soon. Eric Mathews
