I hired Stevan for a networking event. I requested a mix of hors d'oeuvres, as I had no particular theme in mind. Some of my favorite items were Stevan's hummus blend on endive (so fresh, delish!), his kalua sliders were excellent (the jam was to die for!), ribs were seasoned/sauced well, juicy and perfectly sized for our event. I'm not a seafood or sushi fan, but I cautiously tried Stevan's sriracha yellowtail and it was superb! He taught me that fresh fish shouldn't taste or smell fishy - and boy was he right! He also created a signature cocktail (gin and hibiscus) that was so refreshing! Stevan provides professional service with smile, he's very passionate about his work. Overall, the food was excellent, the presentation was quite impressive, and I confidently recommend Stevan for any event, large or small.

He did an awesome job when he cooked for our private party with friends. He explained all the foods and the process it went through from beginning to taste buds. I would definitely use him for our next event when I want to impress people with someone who has extensive knowledge on the entrees and great tasting food!

Amazing experience with his catering. My husband and I threw a party and he catered the whole thing and all of our guests were in love with the food, the siracha and yellow tail fusion was amazing. Would highly recommend for any party you are throwing.

I completed the Masters of Hospitality program at SDSU. I have a few years in restaurants as a chef and I also enjoy going out and visiting the new bars and restaurants.
