- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very uncomplicated - we charge hourly and included in the price are the licensed bartender, white cocktail napkins, cocktail straws and bar tools. We will also provide various other items (portable bar, side table, drink tubs, coolers, etc.) at no charge or for a nominal fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically the first step is to speak with my client on the phone. In this initial conversation, event details are discussed and client wishes are noted. Following this initial contact, an accurate quote is put together and delivered to the client. In the second step, a deposit is made, the event is booked and the time and date is reserved on the calendar, recording pertinent details (i.e. venue, number of guests, beverages offered, deposit made, etc.). As the event nears, I contact my client to finalize plans and particulars. Final step is to arrive for their event. At any point during the process, we are available for consult regarding cocktail menus and choices, liquor quantities and any other details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our team are industry bartenders with years of experience. While all our bartenders have extensive mixology knowledge, we have a couple who specialize in craft cocktails. We are huge fans of creating new drinks and tweaking them so they meet our high standards of taste and excellence. We are also happy to work with our clients to develop a cocktail menu that is reflective of the event and their individual personality.
