- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is straight forward and includes one person. Other options available, we can discuss through chat. Any other questions can be cleared up through chat.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Questions, questions, questions. I will ask questions and request photos of your specific project. It's good practice and we won't have any misunderstandings when I'm doing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've serviced hundreds of homes doing several types of tasks since about 2017. My critical thinking and creative problem solving makes for a job done smartly.
