- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of the time a customers springs need to be replaced, depending on how old the door is we take a look at everything else and make sure that it will last. If other parts look worn or on the brink of breaking we recommend new parts then.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the company you decide to go with is a licensed contractor. A lot of new garage door repair companies are springing up in San Diego and aren't licensed or insured. Most of these companies also use used parts and will not give any warranty on work.
