I had my plumbing replaced in my bathroom and kitchen, replaced my bathroom vanity, had my walls and ceiling retextured, and a bunch of other miscellaneous things done. Mike did an excellent job. He offered very reasonable rates, had good workmanship, and was very timely. He also had alot of good contacts, so he helped me save money and get better quality products. I would recommend him to any friend. If you need any more info, Mike can give you my number for a recommendation.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Always, always, always get at least three bids for any job.
Check references for the Contractor from previous work.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. As a customer I would want to know how to sweat copper supply lines and install drain lines. I would like to know how to install fixtures, tubs, and sinks without having anything leak. That takes a lot of experience.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We will be at your job every day until completion. There are never any hidden costs to the project. We will not bait you with a lower bid and then add to it after acceptance. We come to the job clean, responsible and courteous. We are respectful and will keep the work area as clean as possible at the end of each day.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Every day there are new problems to solve and we welcome the challenge.
Our motto is "no problems, just solutions"

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How much will it cost? and How long will it take? We try to be as honest as possible.
Our cost projections will be as close as we can make them. Inevitably there may be a cost increase. We will fully explain the situation to the customer get approval before continuing.
We are careful when estimating a project timetable and strictly adhere to it.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. The latest thing in the trades is the move towards Green technology.
From products made from recycled materials to the jump to Solar energy to tankless water heaters. Everyone is thinking about the environment.
