A. It is important to hire a designer who has a reasonable amount of professional experience and expertise in the area you need them to work. A college degree is nice, but doesn't count nearly as much as professional experience in the real world.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. The average customer or client doesn't really understand how much time and effort goes into the creation of a good logo or website design. They are often surprised at the costs involved It is often important that the designer educate the client about these things.
