- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My computer broke down after it was infected with a root-kit, I was without it for over 6 months and nobody could help me, and i couldn't afford the outrageous fees to fix it, then I discovered I could boot from USB and use linux programs to repair and re- install operating system. and Once I did that My computer came back fully restored and I haven't had a problem with it since. So based on my computer easily and fast fix, I decided to learn everything I could about Linux and ISO's and system rescue, recovery and boot loading and have been hooked ever since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Data recovery, system restore, and anti- virus and malware removal, housekeepinng and carpet cleaning requests,
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is do your research, know who you are going to before you hand over your computer and ask what software is being used to repair your system because lately there has been too many reports of stolen identity, key logging, and spyware, installed and you want to trust the right person to handle your private and personal information.
