Jim purchased a computer 2nd hand which was password protected and also used full disk encryption. Working together, collaborating online we attempted to access the built in Administrator account but Jim was unable to enter Safe Mode. In the end I gave Jim advice on how to do a clean install with a Windows disk that he has yet to obtain. I understand our session left his situation unresolved and so I received my first 'less than 5 star rating'. I was happy to assist Jim and since we did not achieve his desired end result there was no charge for our time together. - Thanks Jim for a positive rating!
