- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to work with my clients to understand their budgets and how my service can fit within their needs. I do have pre-determined packages as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with me: -Setup an initial meeting, whether via phone, skype or in person (if local). It's important to me that my client and I get to "meet" to make sure we are a good fit. In our first meeting, we'll discuss the who-what-when-why-how of your design project to make sure I understand the your vision. -Client then selects a package, determining the work to be done, timeline, budget, etc. -Create a vision/mood/style board to make sure we are on the same page -Based on the project, I'll create a draft (potentially with variations, depending on the project). This will be submitted to the client for feedback and revisions. -After changed and edits are made to the clients satisfaction and within budget, I'll turnover proper files of the final product to client or discuss printing options if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working for over 10 years as a designer. Working for various companies of all sizes, I have a background that has touched upon multiple design outlets, including print, social media and designing for the web. I also specialize in letterpress printing, creating handcrafted, one-of-a-kind wedding invitations and stationery.
