Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Whenever looking to hire a multimedia firm for any project, whether it's a graphic design, web, or video project, make sure that they do the research and take the time to know your business and the industry you're in. We do that for every aspect of the design and documentation process... and you should expect nothing less.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. If we were customers that were clueless when it comes to design and multimedia, we'd want to know who to trust. Nowadays, an overwhelmingly large amount of people can get on a computer and "design" something for you. The question you must ask is... Are they making something that is unique to you? Have they done their homework and spent hours making sure that it's completely original and not ripping off of someone else's work?
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Any consumer should ask how much time and dedication will be put into the assignment that they're paying for. The more well rounded it is, the longer it will last. There's no point in paying good money for any job that will go out of date soon or be irrelevant in the near future. And that's why research before designing and producing is crucial.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. If you have an idea of what you want your project to look like by the time of completion, please think through carefully how you want us to get it done. Otherwise, let us do all the thinking for you. That's part of our job, anyway.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. We've just finished filming for a documentary in Tamil Nadu, southern India, were we served as volunteers alongside doctors and nurses and were in charge of photography/online communications.
The proceeds will fund future medical camps and volunteer efforts in India. We're currently in Delhi, India, and will continue filming as we pass through Agra before heading back home.
