- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I get a sense of what aesthetic the customer is looking for -- this factors in the targeted audience, the message, and the client's personal preferences. It may be beneficial to have examples of what designs the client likes. Then, I'll create a preliminary design that can easily have its colors, fonts, etc changed. After getting feedback from the client, I'll adjust and come up with new ideas. This feedback process continues until we are both happy with the finished product.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing design in high school, with publications. A family friend asked me to work on her brand design, and I went from there.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked mostly with clients looking to update or refresh their logo and branding.
