I’ve hired Vetworx for 2 projects now. They are responsive, respectful, reliable, resourceful, friendly, absolute professionals who work quickly, do excellent work (thoroughly documented with photos). Last summer family-owned-and-operated Vetworx saved me a bundle with a repair suggestion for a leaky patio cover after another company’s opinion was to demolish it completely and rebuild. Matt, Dona, and Zach did a great job re-sealing and waterproofing the entire patio cover. The only snag was rescheduling necessitated by poor weather conditions as the sealant product required clear dry weather to properly cure. I am very happy with the result! They also saw and sealed some crispy old flashing to prevent future leaks. A separate area of my home recently started dripping during heavy rain so I called them again and they came the next day and immediately put up a temporary fix, coming back ASAP to complete the repair. (My roof is old enough to have its own kids and mortgage, so it was no surprise to see old, rotten plywood under crispy felt and cracked tiles.). Vetworx did the repairs as scheduled with great care and I’m confident there will be no more drips. I highly recommend that you contact Matt if you need roof repairs. Seriously, pass this along to anyone you know who may need this service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond to interested parties immediately by Thumbtack message, text and/or phone call - normally within 30 minutes! Should we be selected to perform the work, we schedule at their earliest convenience. We then text an appointment reminder the day prior. Project fulfillment is managed by the owner to ensure top notch quality and communication that exceeds our client’s expectations. We are in the process of obtaining a contractors license and are limited by statute to a threshold for labor a materials.

We have 25 years of experience in the field of consulting, project management, technical writing and project fulfillment. USMC Veteran BA UC Irvine AA Orange Coast College Registered Roof Consultant Certified Construction Document Technician
