- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services and menu pricing is listed on our webpage, however, should you need a more tailored schedule (i.e. coming in very frequently) we would be glad to discuss how we can help!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a husband and wife team in our industry, we often attend continuing classes for coloring, cutting and extension courses. We are also involved in educating other stylists and salon owners ourselves as well as traveling for trade shows and on both a hairstylist and salon owner level.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our common client services are of a wide variety. We regularly Highlight, Lowlight, Color, cut and perfom chemical texture services such as Japanese Straightening, Brazilian Blowouts/Keratin Treatments and also provide extension services.
