Rob The Handyman

Introduction: I live in Carmel Mountain Ranch and have been working on various property investment projects. I enjoy improving living spaces and have built up quite an arsenal of handyman skills. I love to take on interesting projects that fit my talents and make every effort to exceed the norm. Here's a non-inclusive list of some of the projects I've done recently: ceiling fan installation, indoor and outdoor light installation, cabinet refurbishment, slider drawers, picture hanging, moulding installation, electrical switch and outlet upgrades, fence and gate repair/building, minor drywall repair, weather stripping, earthquake safety support installation for bookcases and similar, and many more. I am very comfortable teaching the client about what I'm doing, so they can feel more confident in doing some of these jobs themselves - or just knowing what considerations are required for a particular task.
