- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices start at $150, but I'm flexible and can offer discounts for multiple projects. It's better to order packages – for example, when ordering real estate photography, adding Aerial Photography, Cinematic Video, or a 2D floor plan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To ensure a smooth and efficient booking process, I kindly request the following information before scheduling your shoot: Full Name: This helps me personalize our interaction and accurately document the booking. Property Address: This allows me to locate the property and plan the logistics of the shoot. Email Address: This is the primary channel for communication and sending important details related to the booking. Additionally, for your convenience, I have a booking form available on my website, which you can use to submit this information and request a quote. By providing this information beforehand, we can streamline the scheduling process and ensure a successful photo shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 7 years of experience and on top of my abundant experience, I also have a formal education with a Bachelors in Multimedia with Concentration in Photography from SDSU.
