Introduction: .This is a counseling and consulting corporation. We specialize in working with individuals, couples, families and groups. The focus of services has been on weight management, eating and weight disorders along with self-esteem, depression and anxiety as well as the effects of trauma. We work with couples and families on communication and conflict resolution and help couples to find an effective way to be heard in the couple in a kind, compassionate way. We assist people, families and couples in finding the triggers that contribute to emotional overeating as well as triggers that contribute to dysfunctional relationships with others. We assist each individual, family and couple in finding the formula that will lead to permanent change in their relationship with others and with food when that is an issue. We stress effective communication in family systems so that each individual is heard and can get their needs met in a safe and structured environment.
