We offer real estate and construction services. We perform inspections for homes, commercial properties, HOA's and apartments.
Our inspections are performed by former state of CA inspectors, detailing all problem areas, estimate of repairs, photographs, and "how to repair" tips, if needed. Our clients are home buyers, investors, contractors, management companies, and developers.
We also perform construction management/project management services, with day to day on-site management, assuring the project is completed within time, budget and compliance. Also, we assure a trouble-free environment during the project. We also people Northern or Southern CA.

A. What does the service include. Estimates provided for cost of repairs. For construction Management services the customer should ask if the company also performs the construction. Who watches the watcher.?

A. No one else does what we do with photographs, estimates of repairs, and overseeing the work performed. We are good!
