Introduction: Knowledge and Experience. Precision Mold Testing (PMT) is the direct result of Kenneth Okins work experiences serving the public as an Environmental Health and Safety Investigator at both the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Precision Mold Testing (PMT) has extensive experience in mold inspections having completed over 600 mold inspections since opening in 2003.
Working with the customer. Having now worked over 25 years serving the public sector, this job gives me the opportunity to educate a customer by providing information and recommendations to solve their mold issues.

We had a first rate experience with Precision Mold Testing. We had had some water leaks in our house over the years and were concerned they could have caused mold. In addition, there have been Internet and TV coverage on mold and corresponding health issues that heightened our concern.
After looking at other websites and making calls, we chose Precision Mold Testing - and what a great choice!! First - we liked Precision Mold Testing's website - very straightforward and helpful without being overwhelming. When we spoke to Ken he was very helpful in educating us and answering all of our questions. And on top of that they are very competitively priced.
When Ken came to our house, he didn't try to oversell what should be tested, but recommended what should be tested and why. He thoroughly looked throughout the inside and outside of our house and not only indicated potential problems, but precautionary suggestions as well. I should also mention the day he came out was one of the hottest days of our year - 90 degrees plus, and he had no complaints and didn't compromise our inspection to get out of the heat.
The tests were done in a day or two and he walked us through the results so we understood exactly what they meant. The good news is we didn't end up having any problems but the testing experience would have been superb regardless. We would highly recommend Precision Mold Testing.
