I did my first cleaning with Area81 and Susan was very responsive and professional. I gave her the list of items that need attention in my house and Kayla did an excellent job in following those instructions. She was punctual , followed the instructions well, was very fast at her work and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them and would stick with them for future services.

Today we had Area81 come clean our two bedroom apartment and it was absolutely amazing. They were very great at communicating when setting up to schedule and when providing a cost estimate. Their attention to detail and efficiency was amazing. I will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends!

I hired Area81 twice over the weekend. My cleaning service canceled on me last second and Area81 was there to make sure the condo got cleaned before I moved in. The cleaning was very well done. The cleaner missed a few spots as is expected on a last-second rush cleaning. The 2nd was a move-out cleaning. Again the apartment was spotless and all the cleaners were professionals and did a great job. if I must, the only thing I can say to improve on is the communication part. At times, it was tough to get hold of which again, IMO is expected when you are running a solo business. THANK YOU Area81 for a great job. 100% would hire again.
