Introduction: Reilly Computers is a family-owned and -operated technology maintenance and consulting firm serving beautiful San Diego, California. We offer professional, yet personal service, and truly focus on the client's needs. Founded in 2003 as PC Computer Help, we changed our name Reilly Computers in 2013 to better reflect the scope of our services. As a husband-and-wife team, we work together to make sure that our clients have access to all of our accumulated knowledge. Brent founded PC Computer Help as a mobile computer repair and maintenance service provider in 2003, after working with technology since 1997. In the ensuing years, the company has expanded to provide affordable computer repair and maintenance, network design, and on-demand help desk services, mainly to small businesses who need IT expertise, but cannot yet support a full-time onsite IT department. Amanda started designing websites as a hobby in 1997. Over the years, her skills have grown to include not only design and coding, desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, and network administration. From 2010 to 2012, Amanda owned and ran a small business dedicated to helping small business owners free up more time in their busy days using technology to streamline their processes. Amanda loves meeting with new clients and helping them find the best solutions to their problems while staying within a realistic budget.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Virus and malware removal are some of the most common services that first-time clients request. Once they know us, our clients call for any and all computer needs - whether it is advice or service, they know that we can help.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone who actually listens to your concerns and addresses your problems, instead of trying to sell you the most expensive package they offer. A good computer tech will try not to talk "geek speak" and will never tell you that you need services when you don't.
