My work centers around the idea that "we pay attention to where we find our tension." The level of tension determines if action will be taken to move forward. To really make changes it is important to take into consideration the client's ability, sense of challenge and their perception of importance. As a Certified ChangeWorks Practitoner, I use the Change Grid to assist my clients. I enjoy the interaction with positive and motivated people.
