Wonderful training. Tailored to specific needs of your athletic ability. This has been a wonderful help in getting back to working out regularly. I have never met a better trainer. It is very helpful in knowing exactly what muscles/muscle groups you are working on with each exercise. The classes are a wonderful tool and you learn many exercises that are you are able to do at home to continue strengthening and physical conditioning. If you are just starting to work out even after taking years off or looking for a new personal trainer to grow your workout needs this is where you can get those needs met. Worth all the money you put into it. This training can work for anyone.

David is a great coach and excellent motivator. He is always on-time and ready to focus his energy making sure not only that I get a complete workout but that I push myself to my maximum ability. Cecilia Ponce designed a workout program to meet my needs. I always made it a point to exercise, however, I felt it was time to elevate it to the next level and she was able to help me with this. Everytime I do a plank, I hear her say to me, "hold it for a few more seconds, don't give up." I remain motivated by her training, her words, and her encouragement - even in her absence. I recommend her as trainer for a man, or a woman.

Ben is by far the best trainer I have come in to contact with! His caring approach to motivating me through my workouts made me Really want to push through, even when i felt like giving up. Ben's knowledge of food and willingness to talk to me about my food plans makes him an even more exceptional trainer! He is definitely MORE than worth saving up for!

    Find a genuine trainer that is honest and has compassion for what she/he is doing. Also, find a trainer that you are comfortable with. Try a few if you have to.
