- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not all the time a cheap price means a perfect service. I am not extremely cheap but I am not expensive. I am in the area of a comfortable price but offering exceptional service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very simple. Talking, explaining the option what I can offer and finally making them happy with the best option.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My business isn't related to much with my education. I have a bachelor in Administration of Justice, Master in Biochemistry and couple Associate in Forensic and photography
