Introduction: As a massage therapist for 15 years I have expertise in Swedish, Deep Tissue/Sports, PNF (passive stretching), Thai and many others in between. After doing a thorough assessment of your body and conditions that are bothering you the most I will design a map of bodywork that I feel is best to treat the problematic areas.. Once you schedule to book an appointment I will send you an intake form and you can let me know which areas are effecting you the most as well as any emotions that you feel may be causing stress to your body. My intention is not only to release pain from your body but to align mind and body in order to become more consciously aware of the "stuff" you are holding on to that is manifesting in your musculoskeletal system as pain. Massage Therapy is an ancient healing art and most soothing preventive medicine one can apply to their lifestyle to ensure natural healing benefits and an extension of life longevity.
