Roella is a wonderful massage therapist. I have been going to her for at least 7 years. She has helped me with low back pain, getting the knots out of my shoulders and loosening up my hamstrings and really all of my body since I go for total body massage: deep tissue myofascial release. I want to remain mobile and do exercise almost every day so I go to Roella once a month for maintenance, more often if I have a special issue or need. She is always ready for me, understanding if I have to re-schedule ( with at least 24 hour notice unless it's an emergency), gives me hints on how to keep the areas loose. I feel so comfortable with Roella and with her interest in me and my body/mental health. I could not ask for a better therapist!
