- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a loyalty discount program for clients who continue training beyond 90 days.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients go through a fitness assessment to determine strengths and weaknesses and to see where their personal program should start. This is also a great way for us to meet you and vice versa. All assessments are 1 hour and you are only asked to do some very basic movements.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Before taking on a trainer you should consider your level of dedication. We are here to motivate and assist you achieve your goals but you will only be in front of us a couple hours a week. Success in the end is up to you and your behaviors. We will teach you the how and what but you must be willing to do the follow through.
