Introduction: We are a private training studio and not a gym. Our 1 on 1 clients get the attention they deserve in an environment that is comfortable to them. We also have small group training for those clients who like a little healthy competition or need to workout on a budget. We also travel, when requested, to our clients for their convenience. Our training mentality focuses on total wellness where our clients are pushed to their limits without injury or harm. We connect our clients with other services such as massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, meal prep and any other services they require while on their journey to being healthier and stronger. Helping clients feel better mentally, emotionally and physically and watching them grow through our relationship that is built over time with them is fully rewarding. Hearing the success stories both in and out of the gym lift us up as well and motivate us to continue the process with them and all our new clients.

I've worked with three personal trainers and by far Quinn was the very best. I'd still be training with him if his new gym location was closer to me. In fact I switched to his last gym specifically to train with him. He is passionate about fitness and helping his clients achieve their goals. I have never met a more positive person and he really knows his stuff. Some trainers just know the equipment and the exercises - Quinn also knows the bio-mechanics behind each exercise and really tailored my workouts to match my body and all of its eccentricities. I had a shoulder injury with my previous trainer and Quinn helped me rehabilitate it and adapted my entire workout to help me achieve my goals despite the setback. I can't recommend him enough to anyone serious about improving their overall physical health. Plus he's a really fun guy! Made my time at the gym more like hanging with a friend than "working" out.

Working with Quinn was my first experience with a personal trainer. I came to his program overweight, and with the endurance level of a slug. In a little over four months in Quinn’s program, I lost 35 pounds and boosted my endurance level dramatically. Quinn is knowledgeable not only about fitness techniques, but also of dietary needs and factors contributing to optimum overall health. Quinn is enjoyable to work with and focuses only on you during a workout. Most importantly, he is supportive and motivating. Engaging Quinn was one of the best decisions I have made. I am in the best physical shape in years. I highly recommend Quinn to anyone wanting to improve their health. You can rely on him to provide you with an effective program that will help you attain your fitness goals.

I had Quinn as my trainer for approximately one year and during that time I made progress in all areas of my health. Having several medical issues including a disk replacement, a kidney transplant and diabetes it was not easy for me to exercise. Under Quinn's instruction and patience I was able to more than double my bench press, reduce my weight and lower my insulin intake. Great person to work with to improve your heath and physical conditioning.

When I first started with Quinn I had a knee that was so bad I couldn't use stairs . Instead of continuing on babying it while working on other things he helped me realize the importance of strengthening it so I could meet my other goals. now I go up and down stairs everyday and can actually run again. He has given me the encouragement , knowledge and passion to keep working out and ENJOY doing so. I've always looked forward to traing with him!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We have a loyalty discount program for clients who continue training beyond 90 days.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    All new clients go through a fitness assessment to determine strengths and weaknesses and to see where their personal program should start. This is also a great way for us to meet you and vice versa. All assessments are 1 hour and you are only asked to do some very basic movements.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Before taking on a trainer you should consider your level of dedication. We are here to motivate and assist you achieve your goals but you will only be in front of us a couple hours a week. Success in the end is up to you and your behaviors. We will teach you the how and what but you must be willing to do the follow through.
