I offer yoga, massage, and rebirthing.
I am a very experienced yoga instructor with 20 years of teaching experience. I have traveled to India 8 times to study yoga and meditation.
I am a certified emotional release therapist and have been doing rebirthing since 1993.
I also have over 500 hours of training in massage, and I do what I call body integrative healing. This healing style is more of a full-body healing session.
